Yes, I was the person to start this map, I gave it over to Black Phoenix to work on later, some things on the map are from my old maps, and I got an idea that Black Phoenix should use this map to integrate all his other map ideas too, and so she did, this map is also included with wiremod by default.
Note, this was called “gm_waterconstruct” before when I started it I think.
EDIT: Get the newer version of this map from the link below, the one in this pack probably isn’t the correct version that’s played on the servers.

Description:
Probably one of my best maps, with some help from Black Phoenix, I made an awesome airplane map, it might seem like it’s any other airplane map, and small, but it’s not, if you fly to a corner of the map, it will teleport you to another, therefore letting you to fly infinitely, extremely fun map.
